Preferred Clients have a regular web site maintenance agreement with TAAG. They need TAAG's services more frequently than other clients, so we've arranged to meet their needs.
As a Preferred Client, they also have access to TAAG's Work Request System - our own e-solution for our business. TAAG's Work Request System allows Preferred Clients to generate work request tickets that automatically get sent directly to the TAAG employee who can complete the tasks needed. Client and TAAG employee can communicate via comments attached to the system, so that no information gets lost or delayed. When a ticket is complete, the client is notified via email for their review.
